PRODUCT INFO
Keep your artwork safe by displaying it on an insulated wall, out of reach of children and pets. To clean the frame, use a slightly damp microfiber cloth to wipe over dusty areas. To clean the canvas, use a duster or soft, dry paintbrush to sweep over the varnish and remove dust. This product is not suitable to hang in wet areas such as a bathroom.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All sales are final and non returnable. If an order arrives damaged, please get in touch as soon as possible for consultation. If artwork is fixable, we are happy to receive it back for repair and re-shipping, free of charge. If your order is assessed to be damaged beyond repair you are entitled to a refund. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All pre-existing artwork is processed for shipment within 5 business days. Bespoke artwork is processed for shipment within 10 business days after design confirmation but this may vary. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
ORDER PROTECTION
We use various methods to protect artwork as much as possible during transit, including with foam board, biodegradable bubble wrap, corner supports and fragile notices. Unfortunately, carrier handling is out of our control. Please refer to the Return & Refund Policy if your order arrives damaged.

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail's tracked and signed-for service. Painting sizes are listed in the product description.
